Shipping

We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Delivery is done by mail or parcel delivery. Generally, delivery will take place within the next 2 to 3 working days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the delivery time. Sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If, for any reason, we cannot meet the delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Can I return an order?

As a private consumer you have a period of 14 days in which you can return your purchase. If a product does not meet your requirements, you can report this and return it, provided the packaging is intact and unopened. An opened package will not allow you to return the purchase.
This right does not apply to our business customers.

Wrong product?

Please inform our customer service via e-mail within 2 days after receipt.

Damaged product?
Please inform our customer service via e-mail within 2 days after receipt. Please clearly describe the damage with additional pictures.

If the parcel is already damaged on delivery, please report this when signing for the parcel and include the words “subject to inspection” with your signature.

Minerva Cycling NV reserves the right to refuse a return and not to credit or refund the amount if there is a suspicion that the products have been used or damaged by other than Minerva Cycling NV’s or the supplier’s fault.
