The General Terms and Conditions as described here apply to every product offered on the Minerva Cycling webshop and all deliveries. Every order implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale. The general terms and conditions of Minerva Cycling NV are exclusively subject to Belgian law.
The consumer is entitled to notify the seller that he wishes to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason. This must be done within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery of the product or signing of the service contract.
Right of withdrawal
According to the Belgian law on trade practices, consumer information and consumer protection of 12 April 2010, you have 14 days to change your mind. This period starts from the moment you or someone on your behalf accepts delivery. During this period we expect you to handle the products and packaging with care. Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Offers are valid while stocks last. A registered quotation shall be valid for a period of 2 weeks, unless a different period is stated in the quotation.
Prices and delivery dates are given as a guide only.
Delivery and delivery period
The maximum delivery period is 30 days after the order has been placed, with the exception of payment by bank transfer, in which case the maximum delivery period is 30 days after receiving the payment. If you order an product that is temporarily out of stock, this will be clearly communicated to you and you will be notified when the product is available again. As soon as the products have reached the specified delivery address, the risk is transferred to the purchaser.
Faults
You are obliged to carefully inspect the products (or have them inspected) immediately after receipt. In doing so, you should check whether the delivered products are in accordance with the agreement:
Were the right products delivered?
Do the delivered products meet the agreed quality requirements or – if these are lacking – the requirements that may be expected for normal use?
If a visible defect or shortcoming is detected, you must report this to Minerva Cycling NV within 7 working days after delivery.
The customer must report a non-visible defect in writing by e-mail within 2 working days of its discovery, but no later than 2 months after delivery.
If the customer refuses to receive the products, they will be stored at the customer’s expense and risk until payment has been made in full.
In addition, no return of products will be accepted, except with our written agreement.
Disputes
In case of dispute, only the courts of IEPER are competent.
